In their first AAU Season together the 2031 Boys put their stamp on the DMV. After finding their rhythm they strung together win streak of 11 straight games, losing in the finals to stop a 3-straight trophy streak.
An S5 toughness chain was awarded to each kid after each win to showcase not just scoring, but the player or players who showed grit, toughness, heart (and maybe also scoring).
They ended the summer playing up a grade in 2 more tournaments to get ready for winter basketball, not just to win more trophies and medals.
At the end of the season, the boys each earned a custom necklace with their jersey number.
